INEIGHT ULTIMATE MOBILE OFFICE GIVEAWAY

1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 3/7/17 at 9:00 AM (PT) through 3/11/17 at 3:00 PM (PT) (“Promotion Period”) or until the “Grand Prize” and/or respective “Secondary Prizes” have been claimed, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”),eligible individuals in attendance at the Show may participate in the InEight Ultimate Mobile Office Giveaway (“Promotion”) by visiting InEight Booth S64429 (“Booth”) and completing an electronic registration form, as directed. Once the registration form is complete, each eligible participant will be given the opportunity to roll seven (7) six-sided dice (“Promotion Dice”) at one (1) time from a dice cup provided by InEight Inc. (“Sponsor”). The Promotion Dice must all be rolled at one-time by the eligible participant using the dice cup whereby the Promotion Dice rolls onto the hardwood dice-roll board located at or near the Booth. An independent auditor will be present and he/she must witness the Promotion Dice roll completed by the eligible participant in order for the dice roll to be considered valid. The first participant who rolls all seven (7) Promotion Dice, as described above, with the result of the roll ending with the letters of the Promotion Dice facing upward whereby each die shows one (1) of the letters needed in order to spell “INEIGHT,” shall be the Grand-Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. There will be secondary prizes available that will also be contingent on the single roll of all seven (7) Promotion Dice process. Details of the Secondary Prizes are provided below. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THE GRAND PRIZE AND/OR ANY SECONDARY PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED. Limit one (1) roll of the seven (7) Promotion Dice per person during the Promotion Period. Note: By entering the Promotion, you agree to opt in to receive future communications from the Sponsor or its designees as indicated in its privacy policy (see Rule 6). You may opt out of future communications by the Sponsor or its designees after receipt of the first communication by following the “unsubscribe” instructions. By participating in the Promotion, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. 1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are registered attendees and are in physical attendance at the 2017 CONEXPO — CON/AGG Trade Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, during the Promotion Period; are 18 years of age or older; and derive their primary income in the construction industry. Employees of InEight Inc., its parent company, partners, authorized resellers, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies (“Promotion Entities”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize is available in this Promotion - The Grand Prize consists of a 2017 Ford^® Super Duty F-250 XLT Crew Cab 4WD with standard features (ARV: $58,200). Grand Prize also includes a Dell Inspiron^® 15 7000 15-7559 15.6” Notebook (black — item #393074) (ARV: $850). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $59,050. Color and options of vehicle are sole discretion of Sponsor. Vehicle will be delivered to a Sponsor-selected Ford dealership near the winner’s residence (as determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor) where winner must take delivery of the prize. Title, taxes, delivery fees, registration and insurance fees are responsibility of winner. Winner must possess a current, valid driver’s license in his/her state of residence prior to delivery of vehicle. Winner will be required to show proof of valid driver’s license and insurance prior to taking delivery of vehicle. Vehicle Credit Option — The Grand-Prize winner may choose to accept a $58,200 vehicle credit at Friendly Ford in Las Vegas, Nevada, in lieu of the Grand Prize vehicle. Notebook Credit Option — The Grand-Prize winner may choose to accept an $850 Office Depot/Office Max^® gift card in lieu of the Dell Inspiron Notebook component of the Grand Prize. Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with its use. SECONDARY PRIZES: The following Secondary Prizes are available in this Promotion — Eight (8) YETI^® Large Cooler prizes are available; each winner will receive one (1) YETI Large Cooler (ARV: $400 ea.); Eight (8) YETI Medium Cooler prizes are available; each winner will receive one (1) YETI Medium Cooler (ARV: $289 ea.); Three Hundred (300) 20 oz. YETI Cups are available; each winner will receive one (1) 20 oz. YETI Cup (ARV: $39 ea.). Total ARV of all prizes: $76,262. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Limit one (1) prize per person in the Promotion. Grand-Prize winner will receive a 1099 tax form for the total actual retail value of the prize.
3. GENERAL: Potential Grand-Prize winner will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release (“Winner’s Documents”) within ten (10) days after determination of Grand-Prize winner. If Winner’s Documents are not returned within ten (10) days after winner notification, prize may be forfeited. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No cash equivalents (except Notebook Credit Option), substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize is unavailable or as otherwise provided for in these Official Rules (e.g., Vehicle Credit Option). Subject to all federal, state and local laws/regulations. By participating, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without limitation or additional compensation, where permitted by law. By participating, winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Promotion Entities, Ford Motor Company, and each of their respective affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, their advertising/promotional agencies from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including, but not limited to, personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize-related activity. Winner acknowledges that neither Promotion Entities nor their agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers’ terms therefore and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing, offering or announcement of prize. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
4. LIMITATIONS AND RELEASES: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If, for any reason, the entry program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Caution: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
